EO Dent with a RESPECT Award
The ceremony, which was organized for a fourth year running, selects award winners who are dedicated to goodness. EO Dent Dental Clinics received a RESPECT Award.
The youngest writer Ivo Hristov received an award, he is known as the Bulgarian Stephen King and struggles with his health on a daily basis but is an inspiration for many people due to his incredible talent and fighting spirit. The statuette was given to him by Dr. Veneta Pavlova who wished him to always remain so resilient and inspired for new successes.
Natalia Simeonova also received the award for the good deeds which she has not stop doing.
The paraolympian Dimitar Pavlov, a member of the national badminton team, received an award, and so did Victoria Nedyalkova who together with her husband – the meteorologist Zahari Nedyalkov fulfils the dreams of children with disabilities who want to see the world from the highest summit of Bulgaria – Musala Peak. We, the team of EO Dent Dental Clinics, are incredibly proud and happy because of the received recognition.

The European Association for Quality Research and Evaluation (ESQR) awarded the EO Dent Dental Clinic the International Diamond Award for Excellence in Quality. The official awards ceremony took place on December 9 at the Park Hotel Schönbrunn, Vienna. The former Austrian Emperor’s guest palace brought together renowned business leaders, academics, leading companies from Japan, Argentina, Angola, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, China, Qatar, India, Bangladesh, Sweden, Germany, Italy, France and many other countries representing all continents.

At the glittering ceremony at the Annual Awards for Significant Business Achievements 2015, EO Dent Dental Clinic received the highest award for success in the Corporate Social Responsibility category, Dental Industry. The award was presented for the overall contribution of EO Dent with its social projects “Better Life for Our Parents” and “Treatment of Children and Adults with Disabilities”.

EO Dent with the “BEST CLINIC” 2014 International Award
The award ceremony of the EBA (European Business Assembly) – SOCRATES Award for Best Manager, Best Clinic for 2014 was held in Stresa, Italy on July 2, 2014. The awards were created in 2000 d. The main purpose of the EBA is to identify the best healthcare companies and achievements of the year. The selection process is based on the recommendations of the EBA partners and the decision of the Socrates Committee. Partners include the European Center for Market Research (Belgium), Baden-Vurtennberg Export Academy (Germany), the Association of Consultants and Marketers (Czech Republic), the Institute for Quality Standards (Switzerland). The process also includes data collected from national and international ratings.

EO Dent clinics have received yet another recognition, having been honored with the annual CHARITY AWARDS 2014 Award of Excellence. The award was presented in the „Independent Initiatives“ section and received in connection with the Quality of Life for Our Parents project. EO Dent were the only representatives of dental medicine in Bulgaria.
22 charity campaigns, celebrities, foundations and media initiatives have been honored with nobility awards. Hosts of the Kempinski Hotel Zografski event also received a prize from the „Self-Initiatives“ section. He was handed over to them for a global tuberculosis campaign. The first prize in the „Media“ section went to TV 7 and NEWS7, which paid particular attention to some of the most important members of the community – young teachers with the „New Awakens“ campaign. The daughter of the most successful Bulgarian footballer – Mika Stoichkova – was also awarded for her charity work. In the „Print Media“ section, the award was presented to Standard newspaper and their campaign „Resurrect the Good“, as well as many other deserving companies and individuals who became part of this year’s charity awards.

he first European CSR honors were presented in a formal ceremony in Brussels. EO Dent Dental Clinic, as a national winner, presented Bulgaria as the winner of the prize in the category of small and medium-sized enterprises with its project “A Chance for Equal Quality of Life and Smiles for All”. The project was presented and published in the Golden Book of European CSR honors.

The Golden Book honor badge is in the form of an open book and is made of 24 carat gold in the Mint of Bulgaria. The „golden seal“ can be used in official correspondence with the Bulgarian and European institutions.
In Bulgaria, the topic of dental management is quite young – a few years old. But the fact is that EO Dent clinics have long been paying serious attention to management. And if this is known in the dental environment, it is a pleasant surprise to see that examples of successful management among dental practices in our country are observed from the outside. By outsiders, however, which are capacities. These awards are presented by and in the presence of prominent representatives of the academic community at BAS. Preliminary studies of the activity of EO Dent clinics have been made – investments have been considered, the organization has been carefully examined, the patients of the clinics are celebrities, the result has been seen – something large-scale related to dental treatment as a whole and to healthcare in Bulgaria. EO Dent are also the first representatives of the dental industry to win these prestigious awards.
However, one must clarify the criteria related to the honors. At EO Dent they do not differentiate between patients. In the lobby of one of the clinics is written „All EO Dent patients are world famous personalities – you are one of them“
The differences are also a serious indication that dental management in Bulgaria is gaining momentum. Or, as Dr. Veneta Pavlova says, „The success of people who pay attention to dental management is already visible – it is different.“ According to her, this is achieved by “the way in which the organization is organized, the books read, the experience gained, the courses attended and, as a consequence – the desire to do things even better – to offer better service to the patient, to feel comfortable, to he feels he is in the center. – There are more and more colleagues in Bulgaria who pay attention to management and see the point in this – adds Dr. Pavlova.
Big companies around the world – „created forever“, such as the title of a business book, have an obligation to be socially responsible. One of the greatest management thinkers, Peter F. Drucker, defines social responsibility as the third task of management. He says: “A free enterprise cannot be judged as good for business only, but only as good for society. … The hospital does not exist for the sake of doctors and nurses, but on behalf of patients… ”
Social responsibility is an integral part of the management of EO Dent clinics, but at a higher level – we will call it social engagement.
